I launched my first online business in 2015, a web design agency.

In 2016, I co-founded JobAlert.ie, a jobs board that I built from the ground up while working full-time.

• Managed all operations and scaled the business to €200,000 in annual revenue within 2 years.
• Grew the platform to 900 clients and 500,000 monthly website users.
• Built a social media following of 400,000.
• Hired and managed a team of 3.
• Developed an in-house ATS for our clients, which included PayPal, eBay, McDonald's, Just Eat, Vodafone and Shopify.

I then launched my one-person business (Paddy Jobsman Consulting), where I:

• Manage everything from web design, sales, marketing, content creation, customer service and daily operations.
• Sold over €150,000 in coaching and digital products to 1,000+ paying clients (all through organic traffic - no paid ads).
• Grew a 650,000 social media following through how-to advice videos, short form content, workshops and memes, generating over half a billion impressions across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn (all organic - no paid promotion).
• Built a weekly newsletter with 35,000+ subscribers.
• Created a CV & Resume template with over 45,000 downloads.
• Made multiple national TV and radio appearances.
• Received 137 5-star Google reviews and 88 LinkedIn recommendations.
